We are unique tributaries, emerging from, evolving towards and never other than,
The Infinite Ocean of Consciousness That Is.
We are, as well,
“not only a drop in the ocean,
but the entire ocean in a drop”
What We Do
The work that we do trusts our body and our breath
to facilitate profound healing.
We remind each other to be humble and grateful, two qualities in particular, that guide our journey from constricted consciousness to our “home” of wellbeing.
We take responsibility for our lives. We strive for authenticity. We ask; what is our issue with the issue?
We distinguish and transcend old enslaving patterns of thinking for the adventure to be in direct relationship with the present moment.
We challenge each other to be free, powerful, and uniquely expressive individuals. We support each other to be compassionate, value driven and responsible members of relationships. We support and challenge each other to actualize the full spectrum of who we have the potential to be.
We practice focused presence and deep listening.
We resonate with powerful feelings and true desires.
We create a safe space for healing to happen.
A compassionate presence and deep listening create a container that allows our most fundamental desires (rotzonot) to emerge.
Much like the actual Mitzvah on Rosh Hashannah, we listen, lishmo’a kol shofar.
When given the safe space in which to feel our deepest truths,
our feelings metabolize experience,
much like dance allows music to flow through our bodies.
We listen for, we resonate with, our most fundamental desires;
to be heard, to be safe, to be seen, to be respected, to be appreciated and to be loved.
